The interior skilfully reflects the comfort and charm of Threefold Eatery’s Parisian menu, while responding to the grit and grain of its inner-city context.

A continuous servery housing a sales counter, dining table and bar optimises the venue’s narrow footprint and creates a highly efficient working environment for staff. A tactile, lava stone top descends to form a connecting plinth that unifies the servery’s three functions, binding together tile-clad elements and a central, white marble table on bespoke, cast-iron legs.

Behind, burled timber wall panels and black frames create a tactile backdrop, flanked by hand-written, chalk board menus. Sumptuous, leather banquettes with pinched patchwork buttoning line the perimeter, complemented by timber floorboards, industrial lighting and steel-framed dining chairs. At the rear, a full-height wine wall provides much-needed storage for the venue, while reaffirming its transition from café to wine bar.
