We are differentiated by our inventive conceptual thinking across various scales and typologies. A rigorous philosophy grounds each project, shaped by the unique qualities of the site, client and brief. Our confidence in traversing architecture and interior design instils continuity in each project, allowing for meaningful connections between spaces and materials.
Working from macro to micro, our methodical approach to planning and documentation ensures detail is captured from the project’s structure to its final finishes, furniture and décor. This skill is reflected in our meticulous approach to design and visual presentations, which clearly communicate our design intent to clients, instilling trust and transparency in the built outcome.
Our tight-knit, dynamic team of architects, designers and stylists harness a collaborative approach to genuinely connect with the needs and personalities of each client, driving individualised design solutions. With a multi-disciplinary skillset, our active participation across all project phases allows for seamless project delivery, driving vibrant and refined design outcomes for each new subject and space.
“Our process is a journey, and we love to share it with our clients. The more you see of our thinking, the more the design becomes yours.”
Travis Walton, Director
Travis is drawn to the energy of a project, and to the way a building can bring people together. Over many years in practice, he has cultivated a sensibility that’s luxurious but restrained – and he believes a space can welcome, nurture and inspire the people in it, while capturing personal expression.
His background in architecture, property and construction underpins every decision. He understands what design can do for a space – and what it’s worth – offering clients strategic counsel that balances ambition against market value.
Travis honed his craft at some of Melbourne’s most respected architecture, landscape and interior practices, and that fluency across disciplines is the foundation of the studio today. He’s never lost his fascination with the physical act of building – taking a hands-on approach to materials, form, detail and light, and overlapping creative disciplines with conviction.
“Luxury isn't about announcing itself – it's in how a space makes you feel.”
