Set in leafy Toorak, Cecconi’s is designed as a sister restaurant to the original Cecconi’s in Melbourne’s Flinders Lane – a family-owned Italian institution, operating for nearly 20 years.
The new venue is layered with sculpted forms, traditional details and exuberant materials, crafting a sophisticated dining experience inspired by the masters of Italian design.

A vibrant entrance lobby reimagines the charm of traditional Milanese galleries and arcades, immersing visitors on arrival. Honed travertine wraps the floors and walls, contrasted by a Gio Pontiinspired staircase – a graphic, stepped silhouette lined with red marble. An arched doorway, softened by trowelled Venetian render, creates an elusive entry to the first-floor restaurant, inviting visitors to ascend.
