EUREKA RESIDENCE
This expressive apartment, set on a sub-penthouse level of Melbourne’s Eureka tower, channels the client’s adventurous spirit through sculptural forms, rich materials, and exuberant colour. Designed for weekend stays and entertaining, it distils hotel-style luxury into a calming yet high-impact city escape to enjoy in good company.
A reconfigured layout enhances flow and sightlines, with lacquered veneer panels, leathered walls and ceilings, and a sculptural kitchen directing views across East Melbourne, the Botanic Gardens and beyond. Calacatta Viola marble anchors a palette of aged bronze, Rosso Levanto stone, black veneer and bespoke parquetry, bringing grounded contrast to the apartment’s soaring altitude.
The apartment’s blend of iconic, contemporary and local pieces cultivates a collected sensibility, enhanced by bespoke elements designed in-house – including the main bed, which features a Calacatta Viola marble plinth resting on upholstered panels, finished with integrated metal detailing and reading lamps. Every gesture—material, structural, and spatial—works in concert to deliver an immersive apartment, marrying visual impact with enduring comfort and clarity.
